To ensure your watch remains in excellent condition, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, fingerprints, and moisture. Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, or harsh chemicals such as perfumes and detergents. For water-resistant models, make sure the crown is securely closed before exposure to water, and avoid pressing any buttons while submerged.

How often should I service my watch?

We recommend a complete service every three to five years to maintain optimal performance and longevity. This includes professional cleaning, lubrication, and precision adjustments by an authorized watchmaker. Servicing intervals may vary depending on your watch model, usage, and environmental conditions.

Are POSAN watches water-resistant?

Most of our timepieces offer a specific level of water resistance, indicated in the product description. While they can withstand occasional splashes or brief immersion, we do not advise wearing them in saunas, hot showers, or during deep-water activities unless specifically rated for such conditions.

How can I adjust my watch strap?

POSAN watches come with adjustable straps or bracelets. For leather or rubber straps, the buckle can be easily adjusted at home. For metal bracelets, we recommend having links added or removed by a professional jeweler or watchmaker to ensure a perfect fit.

What is the warranty policy?

All POSAN timepieces are covered by a two-year international warranty from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

How do I create and manage my POSAN account?
